Melissa's Festive Favorites: Easy Holiday Comfort Food Delights!

These holiday comfort food classics are my absolute favorites, and I hope you give them a try. Not only are they incredibly easy to make, but they also never fail to be crowd-pleasers every time I serve them. From the tempting aroma of Big Ol' Blueberry Muffins to the heartwarming goodness of My Tuna Noodle Casserole, the joy-inducing The Best Banana Pudding, and the irresistible Cowboy Cookies—each dish is a taste of comfort and happiness. I hope you enjoy making, and eating, them as much as I do!  'Tis the season to fill your hearts, and tummies with love.

Big Ol' Blueberry Muffins

"So easy, and your family will be SO excited to wake up to these blueberry-studded muffins. Nothing gets teenagers out of bed faster than the smell of baking in the morning. To you, it will smell like Victory."

My Tuna Noodle Casserole

"When I tell the family that it's Tuna-Noodle Casserole night, they come running and usually bring friends, so I'm forever doubling, even tripling, this dish. It's a great dish to drop off with a friend who isn't feeling well, or to give to a friend or relative when they are in need of some comfort food."

 The Best Banana Pudding

"I don't know about you, but pudding for me is the cure for all that ails. It's great when you have a sore throat, or a toothache, or if you're just feeling a bit blue. Why banana pudding? It makes you happy, and isn't happiness what we are all looking for?"

Cowboy Cookies

Giddyup!  Here's the thing about Cowboy Cookies: you make 'em for a bunch of really hungry cowboys and they'll eat 'em no matter what.  The best part is that you can use anything from your pantry - maybe some M&Ms or crushed walnuts to add some nuttiness.  You can't go wrong."

Tuna Noodle Casserole and Banana Pudding are two things that I have not had since I was a child so they are very nostalgic for me! I’ve forgotten about them for so many years but seeing your recipes brought it all back. Such wonderful meals to make in the cold winter days ahead! Thank you for posting these! My family is in for a real treat (and if they don’t like them, it’s their loss and MORE for me!!
